and 1989-1992 (9th through 11th grade). I would have graduated in 1993
but I moved in 11th grade. I would like to get in touch with anyone

Christina Clark (married name
Haverstock), Class of 1993, sends along the following note:
After graduating from Baldwinsville I went to Hamilton College where
I completed my Bachelors degree and played intercollegiate volleyball.
I moved to Buffalo where I got my Masters degree at Roswell Park Cancer
Institute and then went on to medical school at the University at Buffalo.
I met my husband who is active duty Navy during this time. We spent
some years apart while I was finishing medical school and he was stationed
in San Diego and then deployed to Iraq. I am currently starting my third
year of dermatology residency at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem
NC and would love to hear from anyone I knew at school. I am also happy
to help with career planning (if that's possible from down here) for
anyone looking into Hamilton College, Wake Forest, UB or medical school.
All I have to say is, even if it seems out of reach, dreams come true.
My e-mail address is chaverst@wfubmc.edu. |

Laura MacKenzie Martin, D.O.
– Class of 1981 After graduating from Baker, I went to SUNY Albany,
then to Philadelphia to medical school. I practiced both in Pennsylvania
then in the Southern Tier. I had 4 children. I lost my husband about
5 yrs ago, then decided to move back to the area. We settled in Syracuse
where I have made contact with a few friends I knew years ago. I remarried
my high school boyfriend, and we now have our 7 children and a busy
life here in Syracuse. I hope to attend a reunion if one takes place.
I have an office in the Northeast medical building in Faytteville and
also occaisionally spend time at the Taft Road North medical building,
as part of the same organization. If any former friends would like to
contact me, my email address is drlmartin@verizon.net |
John Roberts – Class of 1979 - I have been looking at the alumni
page for Baker and thought I would drop a line. I’ve been living in
Charlotte, N.C. for the past 20 years. I was working for an insurance
company in Syracuse and was transferred to N.C. back in 1985. I have
been married for 25 years this year and have two great sons, ages 24
and 20. I love living in the south, especially in the winter months
and enjoy being able to play golf year round. I have not been back to
Syracuse all that often and have lost contact with many friends and
old class mates. I would love to hear from anyone that may remember
me. My e-mail address is roberts1439@aol.com. |
Ryan
Appleman, Class of '99 - After graduating high school, I completed
a semester of college at SUNY Delhi, where I was hired for an internship
at Walt Disney World for Hospitality. I met my future wife on the internship,
and completed my 2 year degree in Travel and Tourism Technology in Asheville,
NC. Once I graduated, we moved to Orlando, FL where we have been living
for the past 4 years. I started work as a International travel consultant
for a small independant company. I found out the travel industry wasn't
for me and after extensive training, I now work for the Kissimmee Fire
Department. I have been employed for the past year and a half as a firefighter/EMT.
Starting in 2006, I will be working to be certified as Engineer (able
to drive and pump the engines), Special Ops (which includes rope rescue,
confined space, vehicle and machinery rescue and trench rescue. And
lastly, I will begin Paramedic school in August, which lasts for one
year. I pretty much abandoned B'ville after high school only to return
to see family. If anyone remembers me, send me an email at Rybo10@aol.com
