Dear Parents and Students,
I just read an article from the National Weather Service identifying this February as the 2nd snowiest on record for the Syracuse area. And whereas we have a few days left I still think we will fall short of the record for February (1958: 72.6 inches). Either way I think that last week was a good time for a mid-winter break. I hope you all had an opportunity to refresh and get ready for Spring.
A number of our students are rounding out their winter seasons by participating in playoffs and sectional level competitions. If you have the opportunity to see our students compete thank you for your support. Additionally, our students in the Musical (Little Shop of Horrors) are putting their final touches on their work. Tickets will be on sale this week for the March 5th, 6th, and 7th shows. Our students work very hard on developing a quality show and I am sure that it will not dissapoint.
March will be upon us soon. Please be sure to stay connected to school through your guidance counselors, teachers, coaches, and staff during the remainder of this school year.
