Forty-three Students Receive Scholastic Writing Awards

Forty-three Baker High School students have received awards in the Northeast region of the 2017 Scholastic Writing Awards competition. The competition is open to students in grades 7-12. Students submitted flash fiction (stories of 1,000 words or less), short stories, and poetry. Gold Key winners are automatically considered for national-level recognition, to be announced later this year.
