FORMS OF BULLYING
Verbal
Name calling, teasing, putting someone down, etc.
Physical
Hitting, kicking, pushing, etc.
Social
Excluding, gossiping, spreading rumors, etc.
Cyber
Hurtful messages on Facebook, sending embarrassing pictures through text message, etc.



 
 At Palmer, students are encouraged to:  
  Speak to at least one adult they trust and feel safe around about the
problem,
understand qualities of a good friend, and understand how
behaviors affect others.
 
   Understand roles of a bully, victim/target, and bystander.  Bully/Target/Bystander
