District Receives Safety Excellence Award

The Utica National Insurance Group has awarded the Baldwinsville Central School District the 2018 School Safety Excellence Award at the Titanium with Honors level, in recognition of the district’s efforts to provide its students, staff and visitors with a safe environment. The district received $500 to use to further its safety efforts.
Utica National’s School Safety Excellence Award Program recognizes school districts that go above and beyond to provide a safe, healthy, and focused culture for learning.

Baker Senior Receives Full Ride to Yale
Congratulations to Baker High School senior Matthew King! He is the recipient of a full scholarship to Yale University! Matt plans to study math and physics. After college, he would like to take a professorship and conduct research and teach at the college level. Matt is the salutatorian of the Baker High School Class of 2018.

Winter Teams Qualify for Scholar Athlete Team Awards
Congratulations to the varsity winter teams that have qualified for the NYSPHSAA Scholar Athlete Team Award, based on each team's GPA. To qualify, 75% of a team's roster must have a GPA of 90% or higher. Please click HERE to see the list of teams and individual athletes who have been recognized for academic excellence.
