More than 20 agencies to participate in Transition Services Fair

The Baldwinsville Special Education Department would like to invite parents, families, staff, and students to an Agency Fair in an effort to connect families with resources and supports within the community.

The fair will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019 in the cafeteria at C.W. Baker High School. 

Agencies from Onondaga County that provide support and services to people who have disabilities will be on hand to share information and answer questions.

Topics will include:

• Developmental disabilities services
• Future planning
• Employment
• Family and student support services
• Self-advocacy
• Post-secondary education

More than 20 agencies will be present, including Onondaga Community College, Le Moyne College, Inclusive U, NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, Community Options Inc., CNY ASA, Liberty Resources, Arc of Onondaga and more.
 
This event is open to the community. Registration is not required.
