Junior Honor Society
Students will receive notice of induction into Junior Honor Society by May 1st. Students being inducted into Junior Honor Society must attend a meeting after school in the library on either May 8th or May 9th. The induction ceremony for Junior Honor Society will take place on May 15th at 7:00 PM in the Durgee Gym.

Bullying
Definition of Bullying Behavior: Bullying happens when someone with "more power" unfairly hurts someone with "less power" over and over again.

A person can be hurt: 1) Physically - Hitting or pushing, 2) Verbally - Name calling or rumors, 3) Socially - Excluding someone

We MUST make everyone aware that bullying behavior will not be allowed and that adults AND students will not turn their backs when they spot it.
