Students selected for 2023 Angelo Del Toro Puerto Rican Hispanic Youth Leadership Institute

C.W. Baker High School students Sydney McKenney, Sofia Beck and Isabella Clark were selected as delegates of the 2023 Angelo Del Toro Puerto Rican Hispanic Youth Leadership Institute (PRHYLI) - Syracuse Delegation.

This institute, which will be held in March in Albany, promotes the involvement of Hispanic/Latino students in public policy issues by learning about the legislative process.

Delegates show great leadership potential.
