National Junior Honor Society at Durgee JHS

NATIONAL JUNIOR HONOR SOCIETY AT DURGEE JUNIOR HIGH

** Students will be notified in May if they have qualified for the National Junior Honor Society. They will receive notices in homeroom. **

To be eligible for the National Junior Honor Society at Durgee, students must first meet the academic requirements (three marking periods with an average of 90 or above and no grades below an 85).  They must also be recommended by teachers and community leaders who feel that the student has character, leadership and good citizenship.

Once inducted, their membership is maintained as long as they meet the academic criteria of an average of 90 or above with NO grades below 85.
