The Baldwinsville Central School District Food Service Program is pleased to announce that every enrolled student in the district will be eligible to receive a free breakfast and a free lunch meal every school day effective Tuesday, January 2, 2024. The United States Department of Agriculture expanded access to the federal Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) grant program, which allows eligible schools participation in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs to offer school meals at no charge to all students. Plesae Note: Nutritionally balanced alternate meals are available daily for those students with dietary restrictions. Alternate meals include, but are not limited to, yogurt meals, WG pretzel meals and deli sandwiches.

The letter must contain the complainant's name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil right violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
