Greetings from the Athletic Department!
We are excited to announce that we offer the convenience of online registration for athletic sports sign up and clearance through Family ID. The registration is from a secure platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register the system keeps track of your profile so that you enter your information only once for multiple uses, multiple family members and multiple programs. To register for an athletic program, click on the Family ID icon above. GO BEES!!!
New Scheduling Platform: Arbiter Sports Information
Starting the 2026-2027 school year, the Athletic Department is moving its scheduling platform from Schedule Galaxy (Aktivate) to Arbiter Sports. Arbiter Sports provides users with times, dates, locations of games, meets, matches, competitions and tournaments. It is a great source to keep you up-to-date with your athlete’s season.

Download the Mobile App Instructions: For easy access on your phone, you can download the ArbiterMobile app. Look for the app icon that matches the image below:
Then go to Baldwinsville to search for your teams.
Please Note: We appreciate your patience as our Athletic Office navigates this transition.It will take some time to get all teams, rosters, and game schedules fully transferred and situated in the new system.

2026 Spring Scholar Athlete Awards
Congratulations to our Varsity teams who qualified for the NYSPHSAA Scholar Athlete Team Award. To qualify, 75% of the team’s roster must maintain a 90% or higher GPA. View the entire list of athletes by clicking here.
2026 Athletic Awards
The annual Athletic Award Ceremony was held on Thursday, June 4th at C.W. Baker High School. The event honors varsity student-athletes for their outstanding performances during the 2025-2026 school year.

Information for Athletes

Family ID will open on Saturday, July 18, 2026 to sign up for JV and Varsity Football only.
Deadline to sign up for Varsity and JV Fooball is Monday, August 10, 2026.
FamilyID will open on Saturday, July 25, 2026 to sign up for all other JV and Varsity fall sports! .
Deadline to sign up is Monday, August 17, 2026.

Registration for all modified fall sports begins on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
Deadline to register is Monday, August 24, 2026.

Sport sign-ups are online on FamilyID.
FamilyID is a secure registration platform which provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our athletic programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your basic demographic information for the entire family. You will need to amend grade level and upload a physical with every registration. Everything must be completed online.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER
PHYSICAL EXAMS:
A physical exam must be current within the past 12 months and signed by the physician. An example of an up to date sports physical would be: if the sport starts on 8/18/26, the physical must be after 8/01/25.
PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to provide the physical copy or upload into Family ID. The physical must be uploaded into Family ID every season.
INFORMATION NEEDED TO REGISTER It will be helpful to have the following information handy to allow for accurate completion of your online registration:
