2025 Holiday Greeting Card Contest Now Open!

The District Office for the Baldwinsville Central School District is seeking a design for our 2025 digital holiday greeting card and we need your help. We are calling all BCSD elementary school students to submit the cover art for our 2025 holiday card.

• All District Elementary School students are eligible to submit one entry.

• Entries must be original artwork that is created by hand, such as paint, crayons, markers, etc. (No digital graphic design or photography)

• Entry must be submitted electronically to Public Information Specialist Sarah Buckshot via email at sbuckshot@bville.org (PNG or JPG files preferred)

• Entries must be submitted by 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 23, 2025

• Superintendent Dr. DeBarbieri has assembled a team of judges to pick the finalists.

• The 10 finalists will be posted anonymously on our District’s Facebook page at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26 and the public will be asked to vote on the winner.

• Voting will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, November 28 and the winner will be announced.

• The winner’s artwork will be featured on our District Office’s digital holiday greeting card, which will go out to BCSD families and staff in December.

• The winner and 9 finalists will also be honored during the Board of Education spotlight during the Board of Education meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday, December 1st at the Transportation Center.
