Report Cards

This year report cards for all students in grades K-12 will be available online through the district’s parent portal in SchoolTool. The district will no longer be providing a hard copy of report cards for each student.
 
However, a parent without access to a computer can request that a hard copy be sent home for each marking period of this school year. To request a hard copy of your child’s report card, please contact the following by November 1:
 
Baker High School – Main office, 638-6000
Durgee Jr. High – Guidance, 638-6088
Ray Middle School – Guidance, 638-6114
Elementary Schools – Main office of school
 
If you have more than one child, you will need to contact each of the schools that your children attend and request that a hard copy of the report card be sent home each marking period.
 
How to View Report Card in Parent Portal
Accessing your child’s report card in the parent portal is a simple matter. You can access the parent portal on the district’s website. Under the “Parents” tab at the top of the home page, click on “Parent Portal – SchoolTool.” You can also access the portal from your mobile device here.
 
After logging into your account with your username (your email address) and password, look for the “Grades” tab. Clicking on that will bring you to the report card.
 
Forgot Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password for the parent portal, contact your child’s school at the phone number listed above to have the password reset. If you have more than one child, you need to contact only one school to reset the password.

2013-2014 Report Card Dates
Report cards will be available in the parent portal on the following dates of each marking period:
 
Marking Period 1
November 15: Grades 1-12; Kindergarteners do not receive a report card the first marking period
 
Marking Period 2
January 31: Grades 8-12
February 7: Grades K-7
 
Marking Period 3
April 11: Grades 8-12
April 16: Grades K-5
May 2: Grades 6 & 7
 
Marking Period 4
June 25: Grades K-5
June 27: Grades 10-12
June 30: Grades 6-9
