Baker Seniors Named Commended Students
Five seniors from Baker High School have been named Commended Students in the 2017 National Merit Scholarship Program. William Grindle, Kyle Pelcher, Lily Sochan-Rosen, Victoria Speight, and Abigail Wiegand are being recognized for their exceptional academic promise. Commended students placed among the top five percent of more than 1.5 million students who took the 2015 PSAT.

Durgee Students Selected for Music Festival
Nine students from Durgee Junior High School have been selected to perform in the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA) Junior High School Area All-State Music Festival, to be held November 4 and 5 in Cortland. Congratulations to the following talented musicians:  

Orchestra - Ian Callard, Bianca Gascon, Sheng Huang, Ryan Hulchanski, Ava Shore, Joshua Tapia, and Sophia Vacanti.  

Band - Cameron Cartier and Allyson Howard-Green. 

Elementary Students to Exhibit Art at Buffalo Conference
Eight Baldwinsville elementary students will have their artwork on display at the 97th Annual New York State School Boards Association (NYSSBA) Conference in Buffalo, October 27 – 29. The exhibit highlights student achievement in visual art across the state. READ MORE
