C.W. Baker High School Proudly Announces Two Students as 2020 National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists. Senior students Jacqueline Boutilier and Nora Penhollow are now included in a class of students which represents less than 1% of U.S. high school seniors. Jacqueline and Nora will now apply to compete to become Finalists in the National Merit Scholarship competition. Finalists will be selected based upon their academic record, participation in school and community activities, demonstrated leadership abilities, employment, and honors and awards received. National Merit Scholarship winners of 2020 will be announced nationwide beginning in April.
