Baldwinsville robotics team honored at VEX Robotics tournament

Members of the Baldwinsville robotics club competed recently in a VEX Robotics tournament held in Chittenango.

Baldwinsville brought seven teams to compete and all teams did a great job, said Matthew Hudson, the club's advisor.

Team 7323A, which was represented by Tanner Lotito, Ross Hudson, Jordan Martin, Cesar Perez-Marino, Andrew Klien, Liam Byrne, and Ryan Coleman, made it to the finals where they lost a tough match to the tournament champions.

Team 7323X, which was represented by Brea Murdock, Ellysa Adams, Josie Libbon, Alli Hunt, Bryce Murdock and Kyle Goodale, was awarded the Excellence Award by the judges. The Excellence Award is the highest award presented in the VEX Robotics competition.

This award is presented to a team that exemplifies overall excellence in creating a high quality VEX Robotics program.

Congratulations to all the teams!
