Update on the Senior Parade

Did you miss the pick-up parade on Saturday? If so, you can pick you your cap & gown and yearbook on Monday from 10am-2pm.



Dear Students, Parents, Guardians and Friends of the Class of 2020,

 

We are excited to share the details of our Class of 2020 cap and gown/yard-sign pick-up event taking place on Saturday, May 16.

• Each senior (one vehicle per student/family) will arrive at the Albert Palmer entrance (old transportation center entrance) during the following times. See the map below for the parade route and stations for pick up.

1:30PM - 2:15PM - Adams - Clarke (Mr. Mancini)

2:30PM - 3:15PM - Clavigo - Ginsburg (Mrs. Bushnell)

3:30PM - 4:15PM - Gizowski - Kral (Mrs. Foote)

4:30PM - 5:15PM - Landry - Pastore (Mr. Hollenbeck)

5:30PM - 6:15PM - Patel - Skiff (Mrs. Pascale)

6:30PM - 7:15PM - Smiley - Youst (Mrs. Dixon)

• In order to abide by Onondaga County social-distancing protocols, all participants should stay in their  cars. If you are able to open your trunk from inside the car, we will place the items there for you.

• There will be two stops. One for senior lawn signs (Elden parking lot), another for cap and gowns (Baker main entrance). Please note: A yard sign will be available for every member of the Class of 2020.

• The district will be taking photographs and making a video of the event.

• Alternative arrangements for pick up or delivery will be made for anyone unable to come during times on 5/15

Families may choose to make signs, which will be displayed around campus to celebrate our seniors as a class or their own senior. Staff and other members of the school community will be making signs to recognize the entire class of 2020, so no worries if you aren’t able to make a sign. Signs MUST be equipped with some sort of firmly-fastened wooden or metal stake that will allow us to stick the sign in the ground. Poster size works best. Signs can be dropped off near Baker High Exit 12 at times below:

• Tuesday, May 12 between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm

• Wednesday, May 13 between 7:15 am and 9:15 am

• Thursday, May 14 between 3:00 pm and 5 pm

• Friday, May 15 between 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm
