This webinar is brought to you by the District Mental Wellness Committee. The documentary ‘Angst’ focuses on stress, anxiety and resiliency -- all themes the committee felt were important prior to the school closure and are perhaps more important now.

Angst is a film-based education program designed to raise awareness around anxiety, with an emphasis on youth and families. The film includes interviews with kids, teens, experts and parents. The documentary also features World Champion Swimmer Michael Phelps!

The goal is to help people identify and understand the symptoms of anxiety and encourage them to reach out for help
