Sign up for school supply distribution for the 2020-2021 school year

As we have done for the past few years, there will be a school supply distribution for the 2020-2021 school year for families that need help with school supplies.  This year the distribution will work a little differently.  If you are in need of school supplies for your child(ren), please click on the link below that corresponds with the student's grade (for elementary school) or the student's school (for older students in Ray, Durgee, and Baker).  

Once you click on the link, you will be automatically taken to a form.  Please fill out the information at the top of the form and then check off the supplies your child(ren) needs for this coming school year.  While checking off the supplies your child(ren) will need, please refer to the 2020-2021 supply lists HERE.  If you have more than one child, please fill out a separate for each child.  

After you have completed and submitted the form the information will be sent to the district.  You will be notified when the school supplies are ready to be picked up.
