CTE Spotlight: Winners announced in Edge Federal Credit Union campaign contest

C.W. Baker High School offers a variety of business courses from Accounting to Sports & Entertainment Management taught by teachers Meghan Titus and Gary Pluff.

During our CTE Month celebration we are shining the spotlight on our CTE courses and programs. Let's check out Meghan Titus' Business Ownership and Marketing class. This is a full-year, elective course at C.W. Baker High School. Students in 10th, 11th and 12th grade can take the course. Students learn how to create a marketing campaign and develop a full-business plan for a new business.

This year, the class partnered with Edge Federal Credit Unit. The students were tasked with the creating a marketing campaign for the student branch at Baker High School. Edge selected the winning campaigns for each month. In the past, students also created marketing campaigns for Helping Hounds and the GEMS+ program.
