Announcements for Friday, June 16, 2023

June 16, 2023

Dear Parents, Guardians and Staff:

It’s hard to believe the 2022-2023 school year is almost over. We are one week away from the official last day of school for all students. This past week has been filled with celebrations, ceremonies and special events. The fun continues next week and the school year concludes with our Class of 2023 graduation ceremony on campus next Friday night! We hope our students, families and staff are making memories that will last a lifetime!

As we look back at this school year, we are so proud of our students' growth inside and outside of the classroom. Milestones have been reached and achievements have been made academically and personally. Each student is on their own journey, and we are here to support each child together.

There is no school on Monday, June 19th in observance of the Juneteenth holiday. Regents exams will continue on Tuesday and it’s the last full day of school for pre-kindergarten to 7th grade students. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are half days. Main campus will be shut down at 1:30 p.m. Friday, June 23rd to prepare for graduation. Campus will reopen for guests at 5 p.m.

We also wanted to take this opportunity to send a very special Happy Father’s Day to all of the fathers, grandfathers and father figures in our community. Enjoy the long weekend with your loved ones!

We have a couple announcements to share with you today:
