Clear Touch Resources Added to Technology Webpage

District-wide Cyber Safety Training
All BCSD employees who use district network services will be required to complete a series of online cyber safety courses. Information to access the courses will be emailed to you.
Google Two Factor Verification is Now Manditory
In order to maintain our Cyber Security Insurance the District is required to enforce Multifactor Authentication. Effective 9/1/2022 all Staff and Instructional Google Accounts will require the use of Multi-factor Authentication for access to email and all Google Services (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Chromebooks, etc). Failure to do so will result in loss of access to your district email and all Google Services.
There are multiple methods you may use. These include Google Prompts, Authenticator Apps, and text messages. More information and instructions may be found here: Google Two Factor Authentication - FAQ
