District Conducting Online Kindergarten Census District Conducting Online Kindergarten Census: The Baldwinsville Central School District is requesting that parents of children who will be eligible for kindergarten in September 2019 participate in the district’s online non-school age census by January 31, 2019. Result of Lead Testing in Water Result of Lead Testing in Water: Over recent months, the Baldwinsville School District has been addressing concerns of sinks and drinking fountains at Elden that had lead concentrations above the allowable limits according to NYS Department of Health Regulations.  Good News! The latest test samples taken show that all are well within allowable limits. The data shows that water can now be consumed from those outlets. Attendance Matters! Attendance Matters!: Being late to school has this effect on our students: 5 minutes late over 5 days = 25 minutes of lost instructional time in a week 5 minutes late over 1 year = 15 hours of lost instructional time in a year or almost 3 days of school If you double this to 10 minutes, then you will double the time for lost instruction.
