Opt In for School Messenger Text Messages

The District uses the School Messenger Notification System to send important notifications, as well as emergency messages such as school closings, to parents and staff. Messages are sent automatically via the telephone and email. You can also opt in to receive these notifications as text messages.

To opt in to receive text messages, provide your child's school with your cell phone number for the school database. If you are a staff member, notify the Human Resources Office of your cell phone number. Once your cell phone number is added to the school database, text the word YES to 68453 from your wireless device. You should receive an opt in confirmation message.

Please note that the District does not pay for text message charges that may be incurred by you for sending or receiving messages. Check with your wireless carrier for possible charges.
